With its surface of 42,6 m2 and 16 m2 of balcony space, the flat facing south-east can accommodate 2 – 3 persons. It is situated on the first floor of the new farm house and has a separate entrance.

On the balcony facing east, you can take your breakfast in the morning sun while admiring the magnificent view on the legendary Rosengarten. On the balcony facing south, you can enjoy the afternoon sun with a view on the valley.
This flat is composed of:
- 1 eat-in kitchen with a sofa that converts into a double bed
- 1 bedroom with sofa bed
- 1 bathroom with shower & WC and a window
- 1 balcony facing south
- 1 balcony facing east with view on Rosengarten
On the balcony facing east, you can take your breakfast in the morning sun while admiring the magnificent view on the legendary Rosengarten. On the balcony facing south, you can enjoy the afternoon sun with a view on the valley.

Prices are in euro per apartment per day for a minimum stay of 4 days. The prices include VAT, final cleaning, electricity, water and heating. For persons over 14 years, the municipal residence tax in the amount of € 2.50 per person per night will be charged.
- Children up to 10 years pay 8.00 Euros per day, provided that they share the flat with two adults paying the full rate
- Children from 11 to 17 years pay 10.00 Euros per day, provided that they share the flat with two adults paying the full rate
- 12.00 Euros per day are charged for each additional person
- For pets we charge 5.00 Euros per day (without food)
On request, we also provide fresh breakfast rolls.
For our small guests, the following items are available at no extra charge:
- Children’s bed
- High chair
- Table seat
- Bed rails
- Back carrier for hikes
- Changing pad
- Nursing pillow
- Baby bath
