In the event that something unexpected happens and you still can not leave on your trip, the following conditions apply with us:

• Up to 3 months before arrival You may cancel free.
• From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 3 days of your holiday.
• Within the last 4 weeks prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
